★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu Profilaser po zkušenosti skutečně nelze doporučit.
Platíte nejen za výrobu součásti, ale i za to, že si váš výkres překreslí do svého systému, v našem případě s chybou.
Při vyzvedávání výrobků, které byly vypáleny ze zjevně zkrouceného materiálu nám bylo sděleno, že jsme nepožadovali rovný výpalek s uvedením tolerance.
Výpalky prý byly s odkazem na ČSN ve střední toleranci.
Výrobky jsme přeměřili, do této tolerance se stejně nevešly, následovala další výmluva, že je v té nejhorší toleranci a bylo nám sděleno, že pro naší firmu již nic vyrábět nebudou.
Nutno podotknout, že fakturu za tyto "výrobky" zaslala firma Profilaser velice promptně.

The burnouts were said to be in medium tolerance with reference to ČSN.
We re-measured the products, they did not fit into this tolerance anyway, followed by another excuse that it was in the worst tolerance and we were told that they would no longer produce anything for our company.
It should be noted that the invoice for these "products" was sent by the company Profilaser very promptly.
