★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ostatni raz zawoziłem tam auto ... Przyjechałem na wymianę piasty a „mechanik” wyciągnął pół silnika, bo pomylił auta ... Paranoja. Pół biedy jak by wszystko było dobre, ale auto przestało działać na lpg (przed naprawą działało dobrze). Już nawet wybaczę mu to, że musiałem zapłacić za uszczelki pod głowicą, których nie chciałem wymieniać. Tragedia...
The last time I took a car there ... I came to replace the hub and the "mechanic" pulled out a half engine, because he got the cars wrong ... Paranoia. Half a pity as if everything were good, but the car stopped working on lpg (before repair it worked well). I will even forgive him that I had to pay for the head gaskets that I did not want to replace. Tragedy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Tomek jako mechanik jest bardzo dobry, znam Go około 15 lat lecz od jakiegoś czasu chyba za bardzo żona wtrąca się do biznesu i rządzi bo temat dobrej obsługi klienta jest jej zupełnie obcy i na pewno przez to zaczną tracić klientów, mnie już stracili innym polecam zrobić to samo co ja szkoda zdrowia i nerwów.
Mr. Tomek as a mechanic is very good, I know him for about 15 years but for some time probably too much wife interferes with business and rules because the topic of good customer service is completely foreign to her and for sure they will start to lose customers, they have lost me I recommend others do the same as I do damage my health and nerves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dwa tygodnie można dzwonić i nikt nie odbiera tel. Jak odbiorą to każda dzwonić potem a potem to już długa cisza. Czekam na wycenę części i obiecany kontakt już drugi tydzień. Mamy wolny rynek więc wiadomo, że prosił się nikt nie będzie. Znają się na wszystkim mocni w gębie ale jak przyjdzie do konkretów to zaczynają się problemy. Mam prosta robotę do zrobienia a jakby jej nie umieli nie chcieli zrobić pomimo wcześniejszych zapewnień, że ogarnią w 1 dzień.
To nie PRL gdzie klientów wybiera usługodawca. Dziś czasy są takie, że rynek weryfikuje kto zostaje a kto nie.
Two weeks you can call and no one answers the phone. When they answer, each call then and then it's a long silence. I am waiting for the quote for the part and the promised contact for the second week. We have a free market so we know that nobody will ask. They know everything in their mouths but when it comes to specifics then problems begin. I have a simple job to do and if they could not do it, they did not want to do it despite previous assurances that they would be overwhelmed in 1 day.
It is not the PRL where customers choose the service provider. Today's times are such that the market verifies who stays and who doesn't.
