★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Využíváme služby prodejny v Kutné Hoře a jsme velmi spokojeni. V minulosti i v současnosti se jedná hlavně o krmivo pro malé psy a v zimním období o nějaké to "přilepšení" (i když spíše ve velkém) ptáčkům.
 We use the services of a shop in Kutná Hora and we are very satisfied. In the past and present it is mainly feed for small dogs and in the winter of some "sticking" (although rather in large) birds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veliké zklamání. Zboží předem zaplacené a objednané na e-shopu nedorazilo. Myslím, že by nebylo na škodu, pokud je nějaký problém,ověřit si, jestli zákazníkovi vše v pořádku přišlo a kde zásilka vůbec je a ne říct do telefonu, že to není váš problém. Jako e-shop roku 2017 možná, že jo, ale rozhodně ne e-shop roku 2022.
Great disappointment. Goods prepaid and ordered on the e-shop did not arrive. I don't think it would hurt, if there is a problem, to check if the customer has everything right and where the shipment is at all and not to say on the phone that it is not your problem. As an e-shop of 2017, maybe yes, but definitely not an e-shop of 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodila jsem sem docela často a bylo vždy vše ok dokud nechcete něco vic nez blbý granule. Nejdříve neznali rozdil mezi zelvariem a akvariem. A potom mi nacpali předražené osvětlení na akvarium ,, 1500kc,, s tím že není problém to přinést zpět a vrátit peníze. Bohužel se tak nestalo, když jsem chtěla peníze zpět bylo mi řečeno že nemám nárok ať si v té hodnotě vyberu něco jiného. No co asi za 1500kc jako??? Už tam nikdy nepáchnu hodně mě zklamali jsou to normální zlodejky. Jde jim jen o prodej cehokoli jen aby měli obrat a procenta do kapsy......
I used to come here quite often and everything was always ok until you wanted something more than stupid granules. At first they did not know the difference between an aquarium and an aquarium. And then they stuffed me with overpriced aquarium "1500kc", with the proviso that it's no problem to bring it back and return the money. Unfortunately, this did not happen when I wanted the money back. I was told that I was not entitled to choose anything else in that value. So what about 1500kc like ??? I'll never smell there again, they let me down, they're normal thieves. They just want to sell anything just to have a turnover and a percentage in their pocket ......
