Arrogance, unwillingness to deal with a customer. Someone who represented the gentleman who is normally there. Even to the customer in front of us, acting bad. It is sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takže tahle firma už nikdy!!! Otec dal opravit této firmě tiskárnu oki. Vada byla že při černém tisku byl tisk v některých částech nevýrazný. Pánové si s tím rady nevěděli a laborovali co s tím. Napadl je podavač papíru, ten vyměnili ale závada trvala. Výsledek je že tiskárna není opravená, ale podavač papíru za 2200 korun vyměněný. Za 2200 vyměnili součástku která nebyla vadná!!! Jako vážně, to je v dnešní době opravdu normální a nebo viděli staršího člověka tak se zahojili??? Ostuda firmy Prog 4. Dle mého názoru názoru gauneři.
So this company will never !!! My father had the company repair the oki printer. The flaw was that the black print was indistinct in some parts. The gentlemen did not know how to deal with it and worked on what to do with it. They were attacked by a paper feeder, but they replaced it, but the problem persisted. The result is that the printer is not repaired, but the paper feeder is replaced for 2200 crowns. For 2200 they replaced a part that was not defective !!! Seriously, is it really normal these days or have they seen an older person so they healed ??? The shame of Prog 4. In my opinion, the crooks.
