We visited on Friday and after tasting bzl desserts we will definitely come again, especially the caramel snow cake is fantastic, without it I will never go home again, heaven in the mouth ?

Pleasant and nice waitress, excellent coffee and environment, just the owner is arrogant, both to customers and employees. I only give it 2 stars for great service and maybe the coffee ?

Ochota personálu je vždy na jedničku, poradí s výběrem, usmějí se, nikdy jsme se nesetkali s arogancí či neochotou. Cena je adekvátní, za kvalitní a takhle výborné zákusky si vždy ráda připlatím. The cakes are absolutely luxurious, always of the same quality and delicious to the eye. The willingness of the staff is always number one, they will advise on the selection, they will smile, we have never met with arrogance or reluctance. The price is adequate, I always like to pay extra for quality and excellent desserts.

Nadýchané, plné chuti ovoce i čokolády, i daleko známější cukrárny (nebudu jmenovat, ale určitě tušíte) na vaše výrobky nemají. Navíc cenově absolutně nesrovnatelné. Děkuji a přijdeme zase ? On recommendation, I bought desserts in your patisserie and I must say that they were really the best we have ever tasted! Fluffy, full of flavors of fruit and chocolate, and far more well-known confectioneries (I will not name them, but you can guess) do not have your products. Žena si objednala rakytnikovou kostku a bylo jí řečeno, že nebude hned, že je ještě zmrzlá, tak si objednala něco jiného. Co mě, ale více naštvalo, že děti čekaly na čaj cca 30 min ,protože paní došly konvičky a musela čekat až je paní majitelka přiveze. Když jsme se konečně dočkali, tak nám řekli, že za 10 min zavírají, takže děti si čaj ani nevychutnaly a byly už pod tlakem, ikdyz nás nikdo nevyhanel ani po zavření. Ale bohužel, nemůžu říct,že bych měl z posezení prijemny uvolňující zážitek, spíš stres. Jen jednu hvězdu dávám dolů, protože jim díky opravdu špičkové kvalitě produktů fandím a přeju ať se jim daří. Nevím o jiném podniku v OV, který by jim kvalitou výrobků mohl konkurovat, jen ten servis v cukrárně hodně pokulhává. The quality of desserts / cakes is top notch, but the service in the confectionery is very below average. The woman ordered a sea buckthorn cube and was told that she would not be immediately frozen, so she ordered something else. What made me more angry, however, was that the children had been waiting for tea for about 30 minutes, because the lady had run out of teapots and had to wait for the owner to bring them. When we finally got there, they told us that they were closing in 10 minutes, so the children didn't even enjoy the tea and they were already under pressure, even though no one expelled us even after closing. But unfortunately, I can't say that I would have a pleasantly relaxing experience from sitting, rather stress. I only give one star down, because thanks to the really top quality of the products, I support them and wish them well. I don't know of another company in OV that could compete with them in terms of product quality, only the service in the confectionery lags a lot.
