★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozné. Vstřícný a profesionální přístup, ale jen do podpisu nájemní smlouvy. Pak už dva roky jen problémy. Pár příkladů:
Při prohlídce bytu jsem se zprostředkovatele z pronajmupokoj.cz ptala, zda se v bytě kouří. Odpověděl, že tam sice bydlí dva kuřáci, ale oba chodí kouřit ven. Po nastěhování jsem zjistila, že v bytě oba kouří, zprostředkovatel o tom ví a nikdy jim to nezakázal.
Kdykoliv jsme byli domluvení na jakémkoliv termínu, ať už termínu setkání, úprav v bytě nebo vrácení kaucí, zpravidla to nedodrželi. Buď to na poslední chvíli posunuli na jindy, nebo úplně zapomněli.
Komunikace s nimi byla vždy dost o nervy. Na maily nebo SMS jsem často nedostala žádnou odpověď ani po několika týdnech. Dovolat se taky nebylo vždy lehké.
Při předávání bytu neměl zprostředkovatel žádnou výtku ke stavu, v jakém byl byt předán. Byt jsme uklidili a nechali v něm jen věci, které nebyly naše. Nicméně o měsíc později nám přišel mail, že jsme byt předali neuklizený a z vratné kauce nám strhli poplatek za úklid.
Celkově špatná zkušenost, rozhodně nikomu nedoporučuji.
Terrible. Friendly and professional approach, but only until the signing of the lease. Then for two years only problems. Some examples:
During the inspection of the apartment, I asked the agent from rentmupokoj.cz whether the apartment was smoking. He replied that although there were two smokers, they both came to smoke outside. After moving in, I found that they both smoke in the apartment, the broker knows about it and never forbade them.
Whenever we were agreed on any date, whether it was a meeting date, an apartment change or a deposit, they usually didn't. Either they shifted it at another time, or they completely forgot.
Communication with them has always been enough of nerves. I often did not receive a reply to emails or SMS even after a few weeks. It was not always easy to call.
When handing over the flat, the intermediary had no complaint about the condition in which the flat was handed over. We cleaned the apartment and left only things that were not ours. However, a month later we received a mail saying we handed over the apartment untidy and withdrew the deposit for cleaning.
Overall bad experience, I definitely do not recommend to anyone.
