★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor na akcie typu “vratenie penazi alebo vymena do 100 dni” lebo ked si objednate a vybavujete nestandardny rozmer postele, matracu a rostu (kedze vam to predajkyna odporuca kvoli vasej vyske) tak sa na vas nasledne nevztahuje tato akcia a vymena, a pritom vas na to vobec pri predaji neupozornia a nie je to uvedene ani na fakture... (len si to “zevraj” mate precitat ne internete)
 Beware of “refund or exchange within 100 days” promotions, as when you order and equip a non-standard size of bed, mattress and growth (as the seller recommends due to your height), this promotion and exchange does not apply to you, and at the same time you they do not point it out at all during the sale and it is not even stated on the invoice ... (just "open it" you have a read on the internet)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před 3 týdny nám ProSpanek dodal po dvou měsících nekompletní postel. Od té doby nejsme schopni zjistit, kdy nám plánuji postel zkompletovat. Pinpongují nás mezi prodejnou, infolinkou a reklamačním oddělení. Možná tato recenze někoho ve firmě nastartuje k akci.
3 weeks ago, ProSpanek delivered us an incomplete bed after two months. Since then, we have not been able to find out when I plan to assemble our bed. They ping us between the store, the infoline and the complaints department. Maybe this review of someone in the company will trigger the event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodnoceni 1 hvezda - Reklamuji matraci a ze strany ProSpanku je absulutni ignorance nikdo nekomunikuje a nelze se ani dovolat zkousim to několik dni zhruba 10 x denně.
Edit hodnoceni 4 hvezdy - reklamace vyřešena firma zareagovala prozakaznickym přístupem.
Rating 1 Star - I complain about the mattress and from the side of ProSpanek is absolutely ignorance nobody communicates and can not even call it a few days around 10 times a day.
Edit rating 4 stars - complaint resolved company responded with a pro-customer approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S pritelem jsme navstivili pobocku ProSpanek na Cernem Moste, kde se nas ujala Petra Nedvidkova. Navstevu si nemuzeme vynachvalit. Vysvetlila nam rozdily mezi materialy matraci a pomohla nam najit vyhovujici matraci. Jeji profesionalni pristup a kvalitni znalosti mohu kazdemu jen doporucit. Opravdu skvela zkusenost.
My friend and I visited the ProSpanek branch in Černý Most, where we were taken in by Petra Nedvidkova. We cannot praise the visit. She explained the differences between the mattress materials and helped us find a suitable mattress. I can only recommend her professional approach and quality knowledge to everyone. Really great experience.
