★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednáte si taxi a to nedorazí. Po zavolani odpovi, že uz zakazku vyridili. Ne, nevyřídili a ani si to neověří.
Edit: když sdělíte, ze zavolate, jakmile dorazíte a nezavoláte, tak bohuzel ani nikdo neví, ze jste dorazili. Objednávka nebyla na přesnou hodinu ale na "jak se to stihne". V tomto pripade přeci zákazník nebude cekat hodinu venku :)
A po tech 40 minutách jsme dokonce volali a telefon nam po dotazu byl položen. :) Chapu, ze na Nový rok je zrovna tento business obtížný, ale tento pristup je bohuzel neprofesionální.

Edit: when you say you call as soon as you arrive and you don't call, unfortunately no one knows you've arrived. The order was not for the exact hour, but for "how to do it". In this case, the customer will not wait an hour outside :)
And after those 40 minutes, we even called and our phone was asked when asked. :) I understand that this business is difficult for the New Year, but this approach is unfortunately unprofessional.
