Worst customer service ever. I have stayed up at night for black friday offer, barely being able to order. Then asked to change a setting, of the order, as this was not possible during the first few hours. And they just say it's not possible. Customer obsession would be at least trying to offer a change, maybe I am willing to accept a a later delivery? You will loose customers in the long term like this.

They will take your money and you’ll never hear back from them. I ordered a printer. It came after several month but had problems right from the start. Asking customer service for help had no success. It took them another couple of month to finally now take the printer back to the factory for further inspection. It has been there for weeks now and they haven’t gotten back to me at all. Since deciding to buy a printer until today about half a year has past and I still wasn’t able to print. Is this even a serious company or are they just scam artist trying to make as much Money as possible with the worst products ever. They cause me daily headaches and most importantly they now have my money and my printer and I don’t have the budget to just get a different brand machine and start printing... so no printing for me in the foreseeable future.

they do not reply for any emails. they claim that they give a warranty for parts but they simply do not reply for any claims. if something is wrong with the product they deliver than you are left alone with the malfunction caused by their fault, hence Prusa is definitely not a reliable solution for home fabrication.

Nice place, friendly staff who speak good English. Absolutely worth a visit if you're passing by, even if you don't have a Prusa printer.

Comparing 3D printing options, I desired a well put together printer with great support. Prusa seems to be the benchmark for other 3D printers to measure against. There are cheaper 3D printers for sure. But I believe your research will show that Prusa puts together the best case for an all around #1 package and #1 support. I ordered my printer and was given a 1 to 2 week ship window. My printer arrived at my doorstep 6,000 miles away in 6 days. I assembled my printer over long 2 nights. The documentation on this process is excellent, and humorous at times. I opted to use the online instructions for the most complicated part of the assembly - the extruder. But the assembly book is terrific, as well as the included 3D printing guide. My first question was of a technical nature calibrating the printer, and this was already covered under a YouTube video by Mr. Prusa himself. With that out of the way my first 3D print came off the printer with no troubles at all. This weekend I printed a popular dragon that other people in the author's comment section said they had troubles with. I also I printed a castle which was so detailed that it took over 14+ hours to print without any hiccups from the Prusa i3 printer. I'm super happy with my purchase and with how well this printer is working. No complaints from me and I'd easily recommend this printer to others.

Very friendly people there. We went to a tour through the Prusa Lab and the production of all the printers. Our guide explained us a lot, gave us some great information and we were very impressed. Thank you Prusa Research!!

Prusa Research has the best costumer service you can get from a 3d printer manufacturer. Also the best maker lab in Europe and the they are manufacturing the best 3d printing filaments in house in the Prusa Factory. We had the privilege to get a tour through the facility and it was one of the coolest experiences I had. Thank you Josef Prusa, Jennes, the complete SL1 team and everyone else from Prusa for being awesome.

3d printer arrived in broken condition. Support process is cumbersome and make you jump through loops by demanding all sorts of pictures. Their first suggestion was I replace the broken parts on the new printer myself. Negating that on a new and preassembled printer (which comes at a price premium) I'm now supposed to wait a couple of weeks for a replacement or a repair. Sure why not. Its not like I haven't been waiting a couple of weeks already to get a hold of this printer in the first place.
