★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rad bych touto cestou podekoval panu Davidu Sevcikovi z tymu Technicke podpory za skvely pristup, vstricnost, snahu vyresit vsechny problemy ktere se v prubehu instalace objevili do nejmensich detailu, a to i ty ktere primo s certifikaty nesouviseli a pripravit me i muj pocitac tak, abych el. podepisovani v ruznych aplikacich zvladal i jako IT laik bez problemu!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. David Sevcik from the Technical Support team for a great approach, helpfulness, effort to solve all the problems that appeared during the installation to the smallest detail, even those that are not directly related to certificates and prepare me and my computer so that el. he managed to sign in various applications even as an IT layman without a problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím opravdu smeknout před zákaznickým servisem! Včera jsem řešila problémy s certifikátem a pan na zákaznické lince (bohužel si již nepamatuji jméno) byl naprosto excelentní. Pomocí TeamVieweru mi vše ukázal a vysvětlil (a také udělal), byl velmi příjemný, ochotný a trpělivý. Ještě jednou díky!
I really have to slip in front of customer service! Yesterday I solved the problems with the certificate and Mr. on the customer line (unfortunately I no longer remember the name) was absolutely excellent. Using TeamViewer, he showed me everything and explained it (and did), he was very nice, helpful and patient. Thank you once again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při žádosti o informaci spojení s infolinkou 2x záhadně "vypadlo" a pomoc nebyla poskytnuta. Obsluha se hlásila jako p. Švečík, nejlepší operátor. Poznámku o rozpoložení si v ICA laskavě odpusťte a radši proškolte vlastní tragický zákaznický servis.
When requesting information, the connection to the infoline mysteriously "dropped out" twice and no help was provided. The staff reported as Mr. Švečík, the best operator. Please forgive the mood at ICA and train your own tragic customer service.
