Zaczynając od beznadziejnej obsługi, która kompletnie nie dba o klienta. Nie odbiera telefonów albo nie oddzwania. Do tego gdyby nie to, że zaczęliśmy dzwonić co z naszymi oknami to pewnie byśmy ich do dziś nie mieli wprawionych. Totalna ignorancja klienta...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrze zaopatrzona hurtownia budowlana,niestety na tle marketów budowlanych wypada raczej słabo w związku z wygórowanymi cenami. Gdyby firma poszła w kierunku obniżenia ceny towarów zyskałaby więcej klientów i miała takie same lub większe zyski.
A well-stocked construction wholesaler, unfortunately, compared to DIY stores, it fares rather poorly due to the exorbitant prices. If the company went down the road of lowering the price of the goods, it would gain more customers and have the same or greater profits.

Probably the best-stocked DIY store in Czechowice. A large selection and high-quality product at affordable prices. After the reconstruction of the facility, most of the goods on display. A good alternative for large supermarkets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie polecam, w dniu dzisiejszym byłam w wyżej wymienionym sklepie budowlanym i chciałam zakupić pręty o średnicy 6mm cenówka wskazywała 1,51zł za szt po czym Pani przy kasie skasowała nas 4,20zł za szt. Po zwróceniu uwagi iż cenówka wskazuje inną cenę sprawdziła to i faktycznie miałam rację więc chciała zrobić korektę ale jako zwrot towaru a nie zwrot różnicy w cenie, oczywiście sprzeciwiłam się i poinformowałam Panią iż prawo jasno mówi iż klient powinien dostać towar za cenę widoczną na cenówce ale Pani przy kasie nie ugięta powiedziała że ceny poszły do góry i system jej nie puści. Traktowanie klienta straszne i tłumaczenie się że nie mają czasu zmienić cenówek szok, to klient powinien domyślać się ceny. A dodam że te same pręty zakupiłam w sklepie żelaznym na kolejowej za 2zł. I tak konkurencja przejmuje klientów.
I do not recommend, today I was in the above-mentioned DIY store and I wanted to buy bars with a diameter of 6mm, the price tag indicated PLN 1.51 per item, then the lady at the checkout charged us PLN 4.20 per item. After noticing that the price tag indicates a different price, she checked it and in fact I was right so I wanted to make a correction but as a return of the goods and not a refund of the price difference, of course I objected and informed the lady that the law clearly says that the customer should get the goods for the price visible on the price tag but the lady at the checkout said that the prices went up and the system won't let her go. Treating the customer is terrible and explaining that they do not have time to change the price lists, a shock, the customer should guess the price. I would like to add that I bought the same bars in the hardware store on the railway station for PLN 2. And so the competition takes over the customers.
