★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto otřesná zkušenost! Útulek má na svých stránkách napsané podmínky, které absolutně nedodržuje! Jasně píšou, že psa nelze předem rezervovat a přednost má ten, kdo si pro něj příjde první. I přes to, že jsme před útulkem byli už před druhou hodinou, vzali jako první pár, který přijel až po nás a to jen pro to, že jeli až z Brna!!!? I přes naše námitky a protesty pejska, o kterého jsme měli zájem i my, dali tomuto páru! Paní se nám ješte pomalu vysmívala a naši žádost o zavolání někoho kompetentního naprosto ignorovala! S tak otřesným přístupem jsem se ještě nesetkala a naprosto jsem přišla o chuť mrknout se i na jiné pejsky a dát tak šanci nějakému jinému chlupáči na nový domov!Podle sdělení dělníku pracujících v té době poblíž, se tam tydle čachry dějí pravidelně! Okamžitě si v tom udělejte pořádek.
Absolutely horrible experience! The shelter has conditions written on its website, which it absolutely does not observe! They clearly write that the dog cannot be booked in advance and the priority is given to the one who comes for him first. Despite the fact that we were in front of the shelter before two o'clock, they took as the first couple who came after us and only because they went from Brno !!!? Despite our objections and protests, the dog, which we were also interested in, gave this couple! The lady was slowly laughing at us and completely ignored our request to call someone competent! I have never encountered such a horrible attitude and I have completely lost the desire to take a look at other dogs and give a chance to another hairy man for a new home! Get it in order immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super útulek, kde se fakt o pejsky perfektně starají. Byla jsem už v mnoha útulcích a musím říct, že tenhle je nejlepší v jakém jsem kdy byla. Všichni vstřícní, ochotní a o každém pejskovi ví skoro vše.
Super shelter, where they really take perfect care of the dogs. I've been to many shelters before and I have to say that this one is the best I've ever been to. Everyone is helpful, willing and knows almost everything about every dog.

Shelter for lost dogs. We were not inside, we just brought some blankets for dogs in the lair.
