Vyzkoušeli jsme všechna mozna i nemozna pstruharstvi na Vysocine, včetně Kinskych a Nových Hradu, ale pstruzi z Babakova jsou o několik úrovni jinde. Jedno z Nej pstruharstvi v CR. Repeated visit and, as always, complete satisfaction. We tried all possible and impossible trout in Vysocina, including Kinsky and Nové Hrady, but the trout from Babakov are several levels elsewhere. One of the best trout in the Czech Republic.

Dodnes na ně vzpomínáme a těšíme se až budeme příště na vysočině že si tam zajedeme snad pro kýbl těch pepřenek. Majitel ochotný, po telefonické domluvě nám prodal i v neděli, což na malých vsich není běžné. Kdyby to šlo dám i víc hvězdiček. We found them in June 2018 on the recommendation of a local friend. We still remember them and look forward to seeing you next time in the highlands that we can go there for a bucket of pepper shakers. Pán nám poradil, jak ryby připravit a nasolit, než je v kuchyni zpracujeme podle svých představ. Pstruhy jsem tedy připravila dle jeho rad a poté jsme je s bylinkami a cesnekem opekli na grilu. Ryby chutnaly naprosto skvěle! Pán, co nám pstruhy prodával, přijel načas, byl velmi ochotný, poradil s přípravou a ceny byly vzhledem ke kvalitě víc než férové. Mohu jen doporučit! We bought trout that Pstruhařství Babákov as part of the distribution of chilled fish in the villages. The Lord advised us how to prepare and salt the fish before we process it according to our ideas in the kitchen. So I prepared the trout according to his advice and then we roasted them with herbs and garlic on the grill. The fish tasted absolutely great! The gentleman who sold us the trout arrived on time, was very helpful, advised on the preparation and the prices were more than fair in terms of quality. I can only recommend!

Beautiful fish, clean and fresh. Delicious peppercorns and smoked trout are definitely worth tasting. I really appreciate the delivery to our village. Absolute satisfaction.
