★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu velmi varuji před spoluprácí s touto klinikou. Plánovala jsem je navštívit a zaplatila jsem 2.500 předem za vstupní vyšetření. Nakonec jsem se rozhodla takto neučinit (nebyl stanovený ani termín). Kontaktovala jsem je, dostala jsem odpověď že samozřejmě peníze vrátí. Celý měsíc jsem si o ně musela volat a psát, vždy to bylo “zeptám se kolegy”, “účetní se postará”, “přesměruji to na kolegyni”, “platba bude zaslaná během zítřka” (nebyla), atd. Byla jsem velmi tolerantní i přes takové zacházení.
Magicky hned den poté, co jsem zaslala e-mail s poslední výzvou předtím, než se obrátím na právníka, mi peníze beze slova přistály na účtě.
Takovéhle chování je naprosto ostudné, neprofesionální a nechutné od kliniky, která má lidem pomáhat, ne je obírat o peníze a doufat, že si o ně už neřeknou, nebo že se vůči tomu nebudou umět bránit.
Pokud jsem takovou zkušenost měla jako člověk, který tam ani zatím nebyl, nevím, co musí dělat svým klientům, kteří se dostaví.
Opravdu nejhorší a šokující zkušenost s klinikou.
 I really warn against cooperating with this clinic. I planned to visit them and paid 2,500 in advance for the entrance examination. In the end, I decided not to do so (no deadline was set). I contacted them, I got the answer that of course they will return the money. I had to call and write about them all month, it was always "I'll ask a colleague", "the accountant will take care of", "I'll redirect it to a colleague", "payment will be sent tomorrow" (was not), etc. I was very tolerant despite such treatment.
Magically, the day after I sent the e-mail with the last call before I turned to the lawyer, the money landed in my account without a word.
Such behavior is utterly shameful, unprofessional and disgusting from a clinic to help people, not to rob them of money and hope that they will not talk about it again or that they will not be able to defend themselves against it.
If I had such an experience as a person who has not been there yet, I do not know what they have to do to their clients who come.
Really the worst and shocking experience with the clinic.
