★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Škoda, že nejde dát 0 hvězdiček :). Komunikace se zákazníkem nulová, člověk udělá objednávku, je mu oznámeno, že do pár pracovních dnů bude a pak se nic neděje. Musí si zavolat, aby zjistil, že zboží, které si objednal, vlastně nakonec nemají.
Too bad you can't give 0 stars :). Communication with the customer is zero, a person makes an order, is informed that within a few working days he will be and then nothing happens. He has to call to find out that the goods he ordered are not actually in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud máte čas tak si nakupte věci online, je to pohodlnější a markantně levnější než zde v kamenném obchodu. Na druhou stranu zde mají příjemný personál a velký výběr nejen na halloween.
If you have time to buy things online, it is more convenient and significantly cheaper than here in a stone shop. On the other hand, they have friendly staff and a large selection not only for Halloween.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S tímhle obchodem jsem velmi spokojená, mají obrovský výběr dekorací a pokud něco chybí, dá se objednat z e-shopu nebo vám slečny pomůžou najít alternativu v obchodě. Obsluha je velmi ochotná a vždy poradí, když potřebujete. Taky mi nafoukli balónky héliem na počkání a pomohli mi je sladit s výzdobou na párty. Doporučuji!
I am very satisfied with this shop, they have a huge selection of decorations and if something is missing, it can be ordered from the e-shop or the girls will help you find an alternative in the shop. The staff is very helpful and always advises when you need to. They also inflated my helium balloons while they waited and helped me match them to the party decorations. I recommend!
