★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan majitel, Ing Kucera, se tvari jako anglicky gentleman, snad by ani smlouva nebyla potreba podepisovat, jak se tvari pred koupi/prodejem nemovitosti.
Bohuzel jen do te doby nez po nem chcete reklamaci, vse je problem, prestane komunikovat a jeste se tvaru ublizene.
Majitel se chova na hrane zakona, urcite nemohu doporucit, nejedna se o solidni spolecnost!
 Mr. Owner, Ing Kucera, looks like an English gentleman, perhaps even a contract would not need to sign how to shape before buying / selling real estate.
Unfortunately, only until you want to make a complaint, everything is a problem, stop communicating and still have the shape of harm.
The owner behaves on the edge of the law, I certainly can not recommend, it is not a solid company!
