Weeks before and called them to confirm on which we got answer don’t worry your van will be prepared (whole move is dependent on this)... once we are arrived worked did a round eyes and said oh we don’t have anything today my colleague forgot about your reservation.... absolutely not recommend you cannot trust this people avoid by any cost... only maybe small positive moment worker give us number for another rent service
