★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obrovské zklamání! Neprofesionální přístup a drzost lidí v této firmě nezná meze. Měli jsme objednané stoly a stany na svatbu a byli jsme velice nespokojení. Komunikace byla na velmi špatné úrovni. Na stránkách stojí, že jsou to specialisté na party, ale opak je pravdou. Bohužel nám nedokázali vůbec poradit a jejich výmluva byla, že to nejsou žádní odborníci a ještě na nás byli drzí, když jsme se chtěli na něco zeptat. Za mě velice neférové a neslušné chování k zákazníkovi. Už nikdy víc.
Huge disappointment! The unprofessional approach and audacity of the people in this company knows no bounds. We ordered tables and tents for the wedding and we were very dissatisfied. Communication was at a very poor level. The site says they are party specialists, but the opposite is true. Unfortunately, they could not advise us at all and their excuse was that they were not experts and they were still rude to us when we wanted to ask something. For me, very unfair and indecent behavior towards the customer. Never more.
