I'm glad this van rental works. Every time I borrow a delivery and it repeats itself for several years, it is in great condition and has never left me standing for one reason only because the deliveries are new or new to 1 year of age. I can only recommend other companies that have old hams that do not reach the finish line.

We rented a van for moving and we were completely satisfied. Delivery in excellent condition (except for a few small abrasions, which of course do not affect the functionality) and thanks to that it was perfectly controlled - (during the previous move I had a delivery from another rental shop, which one was afraid to touch so that it did not fall apart, so great condition vehicle was a pleasant surprise). The Lord is very willing, after filling out the web form, he spoke quickly and searched for the most suitable solution for me; I also appreciate the great helpfulness to individual requirements. All conditions were communicated in advance, in addition, we received detailed instructions. The very pleasant price and the brisk loan process were also pleasing. I just recommend asking in advance about consumption, we forgot about it and then looked at the gas station how much fuel to take on the empty-empty system.

We rented a van to move my sister to France. We were looking for a rental shop with new vans that we would not be afraid to go with. The rental was very fast, they already had the contract ready, then they handed over the car to us, showed the registered damage, let us inspect it all and showed the basic control of the car. On the way back, we managed to catch a defect near Munich. Because we couldn't figure out how to get the reserve up, we had to call before midnight. The Lord willingly explained to us how and where the hole for the reserve winch control rod is (so it is perfectly hidden!). After about half an hour, we had to call again because we couldn't loosen one screw on the bike. The Lord was obviously asleep, but he was willing to provide assistance, which then contacted us directly. Due to the weekend and night, we risked reaching Prague without a repaired reserve. At the rental shop, we only paid an additional CZK 300 for repairing the defect and did everything ourselves, including changing the tire. So for us, perfect experience and great service. Thank you and we will be happy to return.

We rented a van to the company here several times. As a rule, we are left with a Renault Master 12m3 and once also a Master 8m3. Vehicles with higher or smaller entry are in surprisingly good condition and also with sufficient equipment (air conditioning, electric windows, radio with USB, on-board computer or for example bluetooth HF for phone). The negotiations have always been simple, clear and fair. Although Master 8m3 cost us CZK 1,400 for the last loan, while they have CZK 1,200 in the price list on the website, and I also found out about the 400 km limit in the evening when returning the car (normally I would read the GTC, but I borrowed it repeatedly and I didn't expect a change). What more to add? Perhaps the method of renting a car with an empty tank and returning anyway is stupid for the first loan, when you do not estimate the consumption and leave someone else, for example, a Thursday of the tank, but it is simply one of two methods. Disadvantages include a limited number of small vans of the Dacia Dokker type (Fiat Fiorino, Renault Kangoo and the like), which are usually reserved for a long time in advance.

So will I share my experience. Finding a van rental today that will lend you a new van in good condition, and moreover with a functional climate, is a bit of a problem in Prague. And that I've already replaced a lot of them. Ordering and picking up very fast, the contract was already ready, no one was chasing me "sign and go" but I could read it in peace. for me a completely standard contract with common information. What surprised me was that they handed over the car in person and went around it with me, showed the registered damage, gave some info to load the cargo and in 5 minutes from arrival we were already leaving. Returns also quick and easy, the master went around the car quite quickly, probably just looking for any major damage, looked inside, covered the km and returned the bail to me in the office. Otherwise, I don't know who the lady who was dissatisfied with dealt with, but I can't complain about the hairless gentleman's meeting (maybe I can write it that way, we're already bald), in the meantime we discussed other things and laughed. I see that I broke up.

I borrowed a van to move from Prague to Brno. Excellent communication - both web presentations: prices including VAT, explanation of rules and conditions in the FAQ section, etc., as well as communication by phone and on site. What we agreed on was true. As for the car - I got a Renault Master 12 m3, driven slightly over 100k. After previous rentals, the car had quite significant visual damage - however, everything was recorded in the handover protocol and was shown to me upon receipt. The technical condition of the car was without reservations - everything worked in perfect order and the car went well (especially functional air conditioning is salvation in summer temperatures). There is a radio with bluetooth in the car, which is nice, but on the highway at normal highway speed and the resulting noise in the cabin, telephoning is almost impossible - tried. Taking back the car after arrival was also okay - the master went around the car, checked, from the outside, from the inside, compared with the handover protocol and done. Nothing was wrong, so I just paid for the extra miles (I was counting on it in advance), got the deposit back and drove home. Satisfaction and I can recommend. Let me just add what has already been said here in the evaluations: the empty-empty refueling system is a bit tricky in that one guesses how much to refuel so that it is not too little or too much. I (used to my depraved gas station, which I normally drive) returned the car with diesel for another 100 km, because I didn't estimate it and refueled a little more than would be necessary. So, for example, the next person to receive this delivery will be happy ?

The negotiations on the part of the company were professional and the cars are also in the top. The only thing I'm sorry I wasn't able to keep the contract. I was looking for a van in a hurry and without consideration, I had no idea that I would get a brand new car. I tried to do my best to make everything go as it should. Unfortunately, the loss of my job in gastronomy and after a few days my girlfriend took her toll on me. I am very sorry that I disappointed you and arrived late. To secure the cargo space, I did everything to my best discretion, it was not enough. I worked last time. Sorry, Martin Šolc
