Celý průběh zápůjčky i navrácení vozidla Škoda Superb L&K proběhl přesně dle předchozí dohody. Rozhodně doporučuji. Friendly approach, fast communication, both by phone and on site. Skvělá domluva po telefonu, ochota připravení auta i mimo pracovní dny a hodiny (neděle před 9). Potřeboval jsem auto půjčit na jeden den navíc, tak jsem jen zavolal, zeptal se a nebyl problém. Nakonec mě mladý pán odvezl i na vlakové nádraží, abych nemusel řešit spoje. Prostě bezkonkurenční servis za skvělou cenu. Až si sám zním jako placená reklama. Opravdu jsem ale jen spokojený zákazník. 10/10 Absolute satisfaction with this car rental. I RECOMMEND ? I borrowed a beautiful, new and clean Fabia. Mileage some 13,000km, so really new. Great agreement by phone, willingness to prepare the car outside of working days and hours (Sunday before 9). I needed to rent a car for an extra day, so I just called, asked and it wasn't a problem. Eventually, the young man took me to the train station so I wouldn't have to deal with connections. Simply unrivaled service at a great price. I sound like a paid advertisement myself. But I'm really just a satisfied customer. 10/10

Rád bych vyzdvihnul profesionální přístup pana Hovjackého, který opravdu ví co znamená péče o zákazníka. Příště si zase určitě vypůjčíme některou prémiovku. I can only recommend a car rental. We had a BMW 5 Series car rented with my girlfriend for the weekend and we really enjoyed traveling there. I would like to highlight Mr. Hovjacký's professional approach, who really knows what customer care means. Next time, we will definitely borrow some premium.
