★ ★ ★ ★ ★ při odchodu z tohoto zaměstnání jsem jako upřímnou zpětnou vazbu pronesla své zkušenosti před personalistkou: moje zkušenost spočívala v tom, že mé kolegyně byly velmi negativní k čemukoli jinému, rasově, či mentálně odlišnému a s typickým fixním myšlením, bez schopnosti sebereflexe. bohužel se to týká obou směn ve výrobě, v převažujícím množství a dokonce i mistrových! díky bohu ne úplně všech, ale většiny ano. pokud sebou necháte orat, jde vám jen o teplé místečko, máte zastaralé myšlení, je to práce pro vás. upřímně je to jedno z nejméně namáhavých zaměstnání a nejjednodušší, jaké jsem zažila, to je velké plus. ale máte-li kritické myšlení a hledáte-li v práci naplnění, respekt, kreativitu raději se tomuto místu vyhněte.
when I left this job, as a sincere feedback, I gave my experience before a human resources officer: my experience was that my colleagues were very negative to anything else, racially or mentally different, and with typical fixed thinking, without self-reflection. unfortunately, this applies to both shifts in production, in the bulk and even the master! thank God not all of them, but most do. if you let you plow, it's just a hot spot, you have outdated thinking, it's work for you. frankly, this is one of the least strenuous jobs and the simplest I've experienced is a big plus. but if you have critical thinking and if you are looking for fulfillment, respect, creativity in your work, you should avoid this place.
