Ondra’s passion for HR began in 2013 when he experienced how it works in a large multi-national company and saw how many things he would like to do differently. Later on, he got the chance to set up an HR in a small tech company through which, in the end, it led him to Purple Holding, where he helped the group go from a startup to a mid-size company. Nowadays, he is part of the group’s incubator and helping launch a few of our startups.
Mountain lover, whom you could see with a trail bag somewhere in nature when he has a bit of spare time.
