★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celý týždeň sa snažím byť čo najviac v pohybe , ale včera po Kine som už mal problémy s chôdzou. Pravá noha pri kotníku začala signalizovať ako keby som mal niečo natiahnuté tak som sa dopravil domov bicyklom a natrel si rýchlo miesto bolesti Bylinným krémom s gaštanom konským (chladivý ) . Natretie som opakoval aj počas noci a trošku som si miesto bolesti masíroval .Dnes ráno nepociťujem bolesť ako takú viem sa pohybovať ,pekne upratujem .
I've been trying to be as moving as possible all week, but yesterday I already had trouble walking around Kina. The right foot at the ankle started to signal as if I had something stretched, so I drove home by bicycle and quickly applied Herbal Cream with Horse Chestnut (cool) instead of pain. I repeated the painting during the night and I massaged it a bit instead of the pain. This morning I don't feel the pain as such I can move, I clean up nicely.
