Děkuji a přeji si víc takových firem. Window sills simply ordered via the web, I could install them within 3 days. Od prveho momentu reklamacie, za vsetko moze kurier. No baliky neboli poskodene pri preprave co som mal aj odfotene. Dokonca som zaplatil aj prepravu ktoru maju na stranke uvedenu ako zdarma-co je zavadzajuce. Zial nepodarilo sa mi vyreklamovat nic, dokonca ani bocnice, ktore boli zle vylisovane. Nakoniec som chcel len jeden parapet, nech mi daju novy a ostatne som ozelel , no ani to nie. Odporucam priplatit si za solidnu firmu, ktora vie niest zodpovednost a uznat pochybenie.Kazda normalna firma by mala dodat primeranu kvalitu za plnu sumu. Negative experience, I do not recommend buying window sills through the e-shop. I bought AL window sills 1.4 mm for 500 euros - half of the goods were damaged. From the first moment of the complaint, the courier is responsible for everything. But the bales were not damaged during transport, which I also had photographed. I even paid for the shipping they have listed on the site as free — which is misleading. I haven't been able to say anything, not even the sidewalls, which were badly pressed. In the end, I only wanted one window sill, let them give me a new one, and the rest went green, but not even that. I recommend paying for a solid company that knows no responsibility and acknowledge the mistake. Every normal company should supply reasonable quality for the full amount.
