 Beautiful walk through the autumn forest. The castle consists of several walls and terrain remains of moats and fortifications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásná zřícenina na kopci nad obcí Vír, vzdálená asi 20 minut chůze. Moc toho z hradu už nezbylo, ale i tak na jaře nebo na podzim je zde kouzelně.
Beautiful ruins on a hill above the village Vír, about 20 minutes walk. There isn't much left of the castle, but it's still magical in spring or autumn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné zbytky zříceniny, která je vzdálená cca. 20 - 25 minut od turistického východiska Vír - U lávky. Doporučuji také procházku prodloužit k další zřícenině, která je vzdálená cca. 3 km, která je dochovalejší.
Beautiful remains of a ruin, which is approx. 20 - 25 minutes from the tourist resort Vír - U lávky. I also recommend extending the walk to another ruin, which is approx. 3 km, which is more preserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemná procházka na zříceninu. My jsme zvolili trasu Zubštejn- Pyšolec. K vidění zbytky zdí částečný výhled na Vír.
A pleasant walk to the ruins. We chose the route Zubštejn- Pyšolec. To see the remains of the walls a partial view of the Vortex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High cliff above Svratka river. Under tree canopy so you can not really see surrounding cliff. But beautiful. Small firepit. Take burn wood with you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruins of a mediaeval castle. There is not much left here - only a couple of walls, but the place is still worth visiting. Only accessible by walk though as it close to the village Vír it can get fairly busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning ruins of 13th century castle! Have to climb up the hill but worth it. Noone around at all -- castle ruins in the wild jungles :) Trees are growing on the top of castle walls
