S	Susan Richter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After considerable delay, confessing that they apparently had not noticed that we booked for 3 people rather than 2, we were offered a lovely, but SMALL room with an extra bed squeezed between the armchairs and the cabinet/minbar/TV. Unacceptable. They were unable or unwilling to compensate for their mistake.

Problems with payment via e- voucher even though accepted payment method at the website. No pricelist for complementary snacks in the room.
R	Rafal L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and big rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Good location. The view from the window was great.The room was quiet. The staff was nice and helpfull. The beds were comfortable to sleep. The breakfast was tasty. The price was affordable. The only drawback was that the toilet seat was loose. But overall I enjoyed staying there and I can recommend this hotel.
J	Justtyn Hutcheson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at this hotel while traveling on business. The accommodations are nice, with clean rooms and excellent views of Liberec. There are lots of mirrors to make the room feel more spacious, and the choice of having a window (with blinds) between the bedroom and bathroom means I would not suggest the room I had (double with whirlpool tub) if you are sharing it with anyone you would not like to see naked. The bed is firm, as is typical of European hotels, and the pillows are large but also thin/soft. The surrounding area provides many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment as it is close to the city center. The Forum is close to a shopping mall, but don't be afraid to explore the many smaller shops around. Just don't expect any late night grabs, as most places close between 6-8 pm (18:00-20:00). Restaurants remain open late though, and they encourage you to sit back and enjoy your meal, the atmosphere, and conversation.

Clean rooms, stocked minibar, everything you need for taking a good shower or a bath. Location is perfect, right in the city centre, 5 minute walk from bus station, city hall, shops, cinema. Professional staff. Strong wifi signal all over the place. It's a four star hotel which definitely deserves four star rating. I'm looking forward to stay here again.

Amazing view from the restaurant terrace! Prosecco included in breakfast. Poor first aid kit at the reception. Difficult parking unless you go directly to the hotel garages.

o	oli ka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The room was spacious and quiet, the bed comfortable. Also the wifi and TV worked well. The staff was friendly. Negative: When we entered our room, there was only a bit more than half a roll of toilet paper, which wasn't enough. There was hair in our bed, various stains on the bed and chips under the bed (see picture). Disgusting! The breakfast buffet wasn't refilled fast enough and there could be more variety (almost no vegan options). More negative points could be named. We cannot recommend the Pytloun hotel chain!
