M	Mateusz Sokolik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff was really please and helpfull. There were some missuderstanding with our mediator - ITAKA. Jiri and and Tomas, the gust from the stuff wanted to solve the problem as fast as they could and they wanted made it up for me.

The lady in reception ( she was on Monday 14.02 and on Friday 18.02) should undergo thorough customer services training. No help with check on, no information about hotel, spa, harrahov card etc... When we arrived, lut money on card was bloked on hotel's deposit. We checked lut on Friday, on Monday we have blocked still money... Nice blonde lady at the reception. Pluses: varied breakfast, every one wilk find something for themselves, event the most fusdy ester. Delicious pancakes. Very nice and helpful waiters, especially waiters Zbyszko (?). We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor. And then the day before we were leaving there was no water so we could not take a shower after a long day of skiing, or make a coffee. Throughout our stay and all these situations the management did nothing to comfort its guests. No compensation was offered, no help with at least getting a hot coffee or tea when there was no water. Very poor customer service all the way.

A	Alice Kasparova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All super wrong since the very first minute.Check in - you need to check in through a terminal located at a corner of a dark bar, 3 waitresses looking at you, as yuo are struggling to fill it in....not very helpful ......authorisation for a payment for the room requested ,though the room was already pre- payed for, as the staff confirmed after being told...another authorisation for " a possible damage " fee of 2000 requested to be authorised ..... we got shoe box size room, which was about 10 meters smaller, then what was advertised and had 2 beds less and had a toilet located right in the room in the " glass cabinet" with shabby curtain closable only from outside....romantic? not!....well, staff changed the room once we complained... we booked 2 hours massage at the luxorious spa...to learn at the time of the booking, that our reservation does not exist...and staff told us, we probably never booked.... the psa, which there is an extra charge of 1400czk/ person is so filthy, that I would not even bath my dog in that whirpool - look at the pictures... and when we complained about that all, we were told, that we are the only complaining guest and our behaviour is not acceptable....by a waiter with 2 huge disgusting oil stains on his wanna be chic tie...LOL. This place is an utter catastrophy and our spoiled weekend can't be made up for with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco...sorry guys....

Also receptionists Jana and Jaroušek made a good impression aswell. What made our stay bittersweet is the fact that gym we were especialy looking forward to use was closed due to reconstruction and we could also hear drilling noises. This is understandable but limited services and comfort should reflect on price which doesn't seem to be the case here.

They will help you and cheer you up everyday , helping in every aspect of your staying here in Pytloun hotel . I really , really recommend this place as well for families , couples and single ones !
