In total, I had the honor of visiting this almost 5 star service. 1. - I arrived with suspicion of a defective pulley and a broken exhaust. The speed of the repair was pleasant (I arrived unordered), the disappointment was only in place. Price for repair over 12 thousand CZK. Without prior consultation, they decided to replace the complete brake system, exhaust, including the catalytic converter. I have never met a service center to fix something I did not order without prior approval. I didn't intend to run the car for long, so the investment of 12,000 certainly didn't please me. While driving through the technician, I complained that the sound of the exhaust sounded as if it was not sealing somewhere. I was assured by Mr. Kukelka himself that he would "sit down". The same goes for my remark that the repetitive sound from the belt is still the same as when I brought the car. "Sit it down." I do not comment on the fact that the entire interior of the car has been smeared with brake dust, because the local fighter will sit in the car in the underwear and the concept of covering the interior with foil is unknown here. 2. - You didn't sit down. The sound of the exhaust still the same as from the racing special and the same sound from the belt. Return and complaints. Alternator and another 5,000 CZK. The sound of the exhaust was said to be caused by poor lubrication. I oppose it still sounds the same. A long lecture again and it's supposed to "sit down". 3. - A phone call was enough here, where Mr. Kukelka told me that the Bosal exhaust is a secondary production and will always be loud. I objected that my car had never had a non-production exhaust, so the problem must be elsewhere. He writhed like a snake, that everything was fine, and if I want a quiet exhaust, I can buy the original. Ridicule. Here I gave up another contact and visited another service, which identified the fault within a few minutes and I left with a quiet soul with a quiet car. solve 3 times and still unsuccessfully .... Never for me and the lesson that google ratings are not always appropriate A few former clients of this service confirmed to me a practice that I had the opportunity to experience. I'm not saying that everything is bad here, however, I would be sober about some reviews and one-time profiles, which will conjure up 4.9 stars here :)

Car service with a tradition that will not disappoint you ... At first glance, I was fascinated by the cleanliness and organization that prevails in the service. Maybe that's why there is so much cup in the customer room for the prizes from various competitions, because here the car can really "do"!

I needed new brakes, spark plugs, to change tires for summer. The candles were said to be still good, but on the contrary, the springs were cracked. I wanted to give 5 * for access, and that changes only what is needed. After a week, I had a flat tire and it was impossible to change it on the street. I called the assistance service. The called-in mechanic pounded on the bike for a few minutes and kept saying, "I haven't seen where you go to the service station yet?". Eventually he took it off, criticizing that there was no copper paste. I had the tires repaired at a tire service in Uhříněves, where the original rim could not be returned instead of a reserve. The mechanic said "You have nice new boards, but they are bigger, they don't sit on that car, I can't put a bike there". He sanded the rim twice and finally put it on.
