★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od první ochutnávky a seznámení se s výrobou u Nicol, jsem měl jasno. Až se budu ženit, to je holka, která udělá můj dort! Tak neskutečně dobré a poctivě dělané zákusky jsem dlouho neměl. Dost často se člověk setká s tím, že je krém bez chuti, suchý a nezajímavý piškot, tak si hledá místo či někoho, kde mu chutná. Od prvních rozprav o dortech, vnitřku, piškotu a chutích jsem neváhal, ba naopak se těšil! Další bomba přišla s ochutnávkou svatebních koláčků. Doporučení od jinud jsme obratem zavrhli a nakonec jsme ještě navyšovali počet. Lepší koláčky jsem v životě neměl! U dortu mě potěšila rozmanitost možností, návrhů a angažovanosti při zadání. No a výsledek? Luxusní! Je je tu na hodnocení málo hvězdiček :)
From the first tasting and getting to know the production at Nicol, I was clear. When I get married, this is the girl who makes my cake! I have not had such incredibly good and honest desserts for a long time. Quite often one encounters the fact that the cream is tasteless, dry and uninteresting sponge cake, so you look for a place or someone to taste it. I have not hesitated since the first discussions on darts, inside, sponge cake and tastes! Another bomb came with a tasting of wedding cakes. We promptly rejected the recommendations from elsewhere and eventually increased the number. I haven't had better cookies in my life! At the cake I was pleased with the variety of options, suggestions and commitment to the assignment. And the result? Luxury! There is a little star rating :)
