★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dva roky po sobě nebyla firma schopná vyřešit/sladit na důležitém eventu projekční techniku a mac os. Samozřejmě, že vždy za to mohl HW klienta. Tuto firmu nemohu doporučit k zajištění eventu kvůli nepřipravenosti, laxnímu přístupu techniků. Místo komunikace o kompenzaci jejich nekvalitních služeb přišla předžalobní výzva k uhrazení faktury :)
Ještě doplním informace k reakci firmy:
1. tlak na budget = lichý argument (výmluva), pokud není zakázka ekonomicky zajímavá, dodavatel má vždy možnost říci (a měl by to tak udělat), že není schopen za smluvní cenu realizovat :) Už z tohoto důvodu si dovolím na služby této firmy upozornit = jít do tendru pod cenou a pak realizovat s minimem služeb je s velkým vykřičníkem !!!
2. technika = opravím Vás. Při první spolupráci jste chybu uznali, při druhé spolupráci jste se měli připravit na použití mac os HW z naší strany. Že Vám musíme půjčovat redukci pro mac os zařízení je ryzí amatérismus. Buď máte zastaralou techniku nebo Vaši technici nejsou dostatečně proškoleni.
Ostatní nemá smysl komentovat, je to již plácání QUIX Event, s.r.o. do prázdna.
For two years in a row, the company was not able to solve / harmonize the projection technology and mac os at an important event. Of course, the client's HW was always to blame. I cannot recommend this company to arrange an event due to the unpreparedness, lax approach of the technicians. Instead of communicating about the compensation of their low-quality services, there was a pre-litigation request to pay the invoice :)
I will add information to the company's response:
1. pressure on the budget = odd argument (excuse), if the contract is not economically interesting, the supplier always has the opportunity to say (and should do so) that he is not able to implement for the contract price :) For this reason, I will afford the services of this companies draw attention = go to the tender below the price and then implement with a minimum of services with a big exclamation mark !!!
2nd technique = I will repair you. During the first cooperation you acknowledged the mistake, during the second cooperation you had to prepare for the use of mac os HW on our part. That we have to lend you a reduction for mac os devices is pure amateurism. Either you have outdated technology or your technicians are not sufficiently trained.
There is no point in commenting on the others, it is already slapping QUIX Event, s.r.o. into space.
