★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejspolehlivější a RK, co jsem za svůj život potkal, s naprosto profesionálním přístupem. Jednají na rovinu, nezatajují informace, poskytují solidní právní servis. Mají velice dobrý přehled o realitním trhu, ale i o možnostech financování. Komplet se postarali o prohlídkování nemovitosti.
Aktivně vykomunikovali dohodu mezi stranami, postarali se o náležitosti pro katastr, provedli i následnou kontrolu, zde je vše správně zalistované a vložené.
U žádné realitky jsem nepotkal takto komplexní a solidní služby.
The most reliable and real estate agency I have met in my life, with a completely professional approach. They act on a level playing field, they do not withhold information, they provide a solid legal service. They have a very good overview of the real estate market, but also of financing options. The set took care of inspecting the property.
They actively communicated the agreement between the parties, took care of the requisites for the cadastre, and performed a follow-up inspection, here everything is correctly listed and inserted.
I have never encountered such a comprehensive and solid service with any real estate agent.

Pomohla nám se zajištěním financování nemovitosti, pojištěním, advokátní úschovou peněz, zařídila veškeré pochůzky spojené s koupí nemovitosti včetně zápisu do katastru. Nad rámec svých povinností nám připravila i podklady pro daň z nabytí nemovitosti. Děkujeme.

She helped us with securing real estate financing, insurance, legal depository of money, arranged all errands associated with the purchase of real estate, including registration in the cadastre.
