Během půl roku došlo k nejméně 8 výpadkům teplé vody a to i několikadenním. Firma se nedá kontaktovat, zaměstnanci kontakty zapírají. Trva to několik let a časem jen zhoršuje, zredukovali jsme jejich lužby do minimum a uvažujeme do předani správy domu do jine společností. Definitely not recommended: irresponsible, superior, non-client approach by r3group - this is our experience with the house in Italská 12. It takes several years and only worsens over time, we have reduced their services to a minimum and are considering handing over the management of the house to other companies.

To mám jako nést mimino v náručí a kočár v zubech?! Když tu navíc není ani kočárkárna.. Jak se tohle může stát v centru Prahy a můžete si za to ještě účtovat peníze? Nechce s vámi mít nic společného už ani opravář zvonků, protože se s vámi nedá domluvit. Tak tuto práci prosím pěkně nedělejte, když jí nejste schopni!!! If you require property management services please consider R3 as your last resort and once you consider that please think again - they really are not worth our time, money or effort. To be more specific the following is severely lacking: - Responsiveness - Communication - Generally doing stuff - Providing value for money of services - Etc...
