Po prohlídce bytu kdy jsem sdělil, že byt chci koupit a požádal jsem rovnou o zaslání rezervační smlouvy, mi bylo řečeno, že se mnou počítá a následující den pošle smlouvu. Nestalo se, celý den neodpovídal na zprávy a v osm večer zavolal a začal povídat “omáčku” okolo, že majitel preferuje zájemce co by nechal nájemníka v bytě i nadále atd. A že u mě není věrohodnost že bych dostal hypotéku přitom ručím jinou nemovitostí takže to by bylo 100%ní. Každopádně neférové jednání kdy nechal zájemce čekat zbtečně celý den bez žádné informace a večer po pracovní době zavolá s tím že nás “hodil přes palubu”. Doufám, že lidé na takovou situaci a hlavně na tohoto makléře nenarazí. Very bad experience, unfair treatment.
