★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bylo mi řečeno, že oprava potrvá 1 - 2 týdny. Místo toho vše trvalo 10 týdnů, téměř bez komunikace. Také mi pán říkal, že kdyby byla oprava dražší, dají mi vědět a já jim to potvrdím - nakonec to samozřejmě stálo víc, než bylo domluveno! Když jsem se chtěl bavit o slevě, pán v prodejně zkušeně odolával absolutní ignorací toho, že na něj vůbec mluvím (také jsem žádnou nevyjednal).
Pánové oboru určitě rozumí, ale pokud nejste firma, maji vás úplně na háku. Přístup 0 %.
I was told that the repair would take 1-2 weeks. Instead, everything took 10 weeks, almost without communication. The gentleman also told me that if the repair was more expensive, they would let me know and I would confirm it to them - in the end, of course, it cost more than agreed! When I wanted to talk about the discount, the gentleman in the store resisted in experience by absolutely ignoring the fact that I was talking to him at all (I also did not negotiate any).
The gentlemen of the field certainly understand, but if you are not a company, they have you on the hook. Approach 0%.
