★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Делала в салоне ботокс в лоб и межбровье у Виктории. Цена услуги 5 тыс крон. Эффект исчез через месяц после проведения услуги , несмотря на подписанные документы , где салон ручается за видимый эффект приблизительно 4 месяца после инъекций. Обратилась в салон с претензией касательно качества проведённой услуги, салон не вернул деньги, не предложил никакой компенсации в виде других услуг. Уровень улаживания конфликтных вопросов и обязательств за проведённые услуги на нуле.

The effect disappeared one month after the service, despite the signed documents, where the salon vouches for a visible effect approximately 4 months after injections. I went to the salon with a claim regarding the quality of the service provided, the salon did not return the money, did not offer any compensation in the form of other services. The level of resolving conflicts and obligations for the services performed is zero.

Very nice lounge, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. The offices are very clean, the individual approach pleases. The cosmetologist Christina was very pleased with the procedure, she performed the procedure as comfortably as possible, it is immediately clear that the person is a master in his business. Косметолог Виктория действительно лучший косметолог в Праге и не только! Лечила проблему акне( тяжелая форма) с подросткового возраста в Украине , Германии, России, ничего не помогало. Несколько лет назад пришла с этой проблемой на консультацию к Виктории. Посоветовала сдать анализы изначально. Мне это понравилось , так как проблема действительно была с желудком и я его лечила. После этого добавили дополнительные процедуры и правильный домашний уход . Мое лицо и спина стали лучше выглядеть после этого. Потом я делала различные процедуры для лечения постакне. Сейчас этих проблем уже нет. Всем кто сталкивался с подобными проблемами , очень советую этого косметолога!

Cosmetologist Viktoria is truly the best cosmetologist in Prague and not only! She treated the problem of acne (severe form) from adolescence in Ukraine, Germany, Russia, nothing helped. Several years ago I came to Victoria for a consultation with this problem. She advised me to get tested initially. I liked it, because the problem really was with the stomach and I was treating it. After that, additional procedures and proper home care were added. My face and back looked better after that. Then I did various procedures for post-acne treatment. Now these problems are gone. To everyone who has encountered similar problems, I highly recommend this cosmetologist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there almost directly after they were opened - 20 minutes of quick haircut (not optimal communication with the hairdresser), price + tip was 550 CZK. App. 2x more expensive what it used to be before, with lower quality - I live in the same buildning as the studio, but I will not consider going there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting the studio with incredible results a year ago, so trusted going to a new girl would mean the same. Unfortunately total opposite. She was finished with the haircut after 15 minutes, rejected what I wanted (cut that was done there before and perfect by another girl), didn't use a hair care, hair spray, and the hair cut is terribly unprofessional.
