The phone told me the price of 2 thousand by phone, in the end we paid CZK 2,350. (normal pollution, we had the car cleaned by the previous owner), even though he knew the car model. After cleaning, the plastic on the driver's seat, on which the seat height control is located, was destroyed, so it could not be controlled. Furthermore, the original carpet was missing from the driver. The most expensive cleaning in Břeclav. Mr. Fait did not reflect on the complaint. Response to Mr Fait's self-assessment: I don't know what communication noise Mr. Fait is talking about when he assured me on the phone that he "knows what type of car it is" and based on which he told me the price. As I stated, in the end it did not apply, the price was higher by 350 CZK. I also state again that we had the car cleaned by the previous owner on the third day after buying the car. As for the service itself - something was cleaned precisely, something not at all, for example, a greasy stain remained on the outside of the roof, we cleaned it ourselves at home without any problems. We also waxed the car ourselves. But why I evaluate the service negatively is that for a higher price than originally set, we got back a car with broken control of the driver's seat height and without the original carpet of the driver. The next day after cleaning, the husband called Mr. Fait and told him about the two things, to which Mr. Fait responded only by stating that if we didn't have a rug, he would be "somewhere." After work, my husband drove through the city in rush hour for half an hour to dig himself in a pile of carpets (!!!!!), but he didn't find ours, so he drove back half an hour home. Mr Fait was not present.

For a brand new vehicle, a nanosax was to be applied to protect the paintwork. After the first wash, there were no monuments after the re-wax. At the same time, I was told that it would last at least 1/2 year. Personally, I don't think we even put him there and just polished my car.
