★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No co k tomu říct. Hledal jsem v okolí RK nějaký gym který je uzpůsobený i na crossfit a když jsem narazil na RAGNAROK, tak jsem měl radost. Bohužel tady všechna moje radost skončila.
Na webovkách polovina odkazů nefunguje, jediný kontakt který jsem na webu dohledal byl kontakt na Instagram majitele/provozního (mě osobně by to ani tak nevadilo ale instagram zas tolik lidí nemá). Když už napíšu zprávu na instagramu tak dotyčná osoba odpoví na každou druhou zprávu a ještě k tomu po 2 dnech. Ok to bych ještě přehlédl, nicméně co mě dožralo tak když jsem si rezervoval trénink s osobním trenérem a při příjezdu zjistím, že trenér není k dispozici s výmlovou "že žádná hodina rezerovaná není". Paní na baru si ode mě vzala telefonní kontakt tak jsem doufal v nějaký progress a hle? Nikdo se mi neozval, neomluvil, prostě nic..
Takže za mě podnik uplně k ho**u , asi se jich COVID krize nijak nedotkla a nepotřebují nové klienty. Díky a budu hledat jinde
Well, what can I say. I was looking for a gym in the vicinity of RK which is also suitable for crossfit and when I came across RAGNAROK, I was happy. Unfortunately, all my joy ended here.
Half of the links on the web pages do not work, the only contact I found on the web was the contact to the Instagram owner / operator (I personally wouldn't mind it anyway, but so many people don't have instagram). When I write a message on the instagram, the person in question responds to every other message and after 2 days. Ok, I would still overlook it, however, what consumed me so when I booked the training with a personal trainer and upon arrival I find out that the trainer is not available with the exchange "that no lesson is reserved". The lady at the bar took the phone contact from me so I was hoping for some progress and lo and behold? Nobody called me, apologized, just nothing ..
So, for me, the company is completely up to him, they probably haven't been affected by the COVID crisis and they don't need new clients. Thanks and I'll look elsewhere
