★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi spatna zkusenost s Reiffeisen bank celkove, tato pobocka to jen potvrdila. Nefunkcni system, chyby (na infolince videli v systemu neco, co pani na pobocce nikoliv) a jeste na me byla pani hruba a prohlasila: "Ja to tady pro vas delam zadarmo, tak co byste jeste chtela!". Takto se jedna s klientem? Uz nikdy vice.
 Very bad experience with Reiffeisen bank in general, this branch only confirmed it. Malfunctioning system, errors (they saw something in the system in the system that the lady at the branch did not have) and the lady was rude to me and said: "I'm doing it for you here for free, so what else would you like!". This is how she treats the client? Nevermore.

Mrs. Václavková is an incredibly arrogant person and I could hardly recommend anyone to visit this branch.
