★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel nemohu doporučit. Poradkyně pro sjednání OK, ale když chcete rušit nebo zřídit jinde než u ní, tak problém. Raději se obraťte přímo na klientské centrum.
Unfortunately I can not recommend. Advisor for negotiation OK, but if you want to cancel or set up other than her, then the problem. You should rather contact the client center directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domluvit si schůzku by paní sice chtěla, ale pouze pokud přijdete podepsat nový úvěr. Když jsem vysvětlil, že jde jen o běžnou péči o zákazníka tak se mi doslova vysmála do telefonu, že se mnou nebude marnit čas když vlastně nic nechci a ať si jdu za svým finančním poradcem.
Možná kdyby zde pracoval někdo jiný mohlo by být O.K. ale bohužel jen velice nevyrovnaná a arogantní pracovnice. Na callcentru mi alespoň domluvily schůzku v PCE, ale paní Kozáková dál bude lidi posílat někam bez postihu.
The lady would like to make an appointment, but only if you come to sign a new loan. When I explained that it was just a matter of regular customer care, she literally laughed at me on the phone, saying that I would not waste time with me when I didn't really want anything and let me go to my financial advisor.
Maybe if someone else worked here, it could be O.K. but unfortunately only a very unbalanced and arrogant worker. At least they arranged a meeting for me at the PCE at the call center, but Mrs. Kozáková will continue to send people somewhere without penalty.
