★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejpomalejší a nejhorší! Předčasné ukončení úvěru a jeho doplacení z mé strany se táhne přes dva měsíce!!! Na všechno mají neskutečně dlouhé doby na vyřízení a za všechno tučné poplatky! Absolutní nepružnost, zpomalený a byrokratický system. Hrůza! Jiné finanční instituce fungují buď přímo on-line a nebo do pár dnů. Takový přístup sem opravdu nikde nezažil!
The slowest and the worst! Early termination of the loan and its repayment on my part stretches over two months !!! For everything they have incredibly long time to handle and for everything bold charges! Absolute inflexibility, slowed and bureaucratic system. Terror! Other financial institutions operate either online or within a few days. I have never seen such an approach anywhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ukončení smlouvy - postarší pán nabízel další varianty (jasně, že o tom, aby klient pokračoval dál) , ale dělal to korektně a v klidu a přehledně. Takže za mne OK. I na informacích mi paní v klidu řekla, co mám zmáknout na turniketu.
Termination of the contract - the elderly gentleman offered other variants (clearly that the client continued to do so), but he did it correctly and calmly and clearly. So OK for me. Even at the information, the lady told me what to do on the turnstile.
