★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní jsem se slušně zeptala, zda můžu dál, a už od prvního pohledu jsem poznala, že to s paní nebude procházka růžovým sadem. Potom, co jsem paní oznámila, že bych chtěla zrušit stavební spoření, tak se mi to milionkrát snažila vymluvit (ano, chápu že to pro ně není perfektní, když takhle někdo přijde a žádá o zrušení), ale paní by se měla chovat profesionálně. Když viděla, že se mnou nepohne a že ho chci opravdu zrušit, tak se jakoby urazila. Tak jsem se jí slušně zeptala, jestli bysme to tedy mohli sepsat, ona že ano a ptala se mě otázkou, jaký důvod mám pro zrušení - má odpověď zněla tak, že mám lepší možnost než svatební spoření. Paní se na mě nevěřícně podívala a řekla: Tak hlavně, že Vám je jedno, že Vám tady rodiče spořili celou tu dobu peníze. Tak tohle byla pro mě poslední kapka. Takže pokud budete chtít s paní řešit ukončení spoření, tak určite NE na této pobočce.

When she saw that he would not move with me and that I really wanted to cancel him, she seemed offended. So I politely asked her if we could write it down, she said yes, and she asked me what reason I had for cancellation - my answer was that I had a better chance than wedding savings. The lady looked at me in disbelief and said: So mainly that you don't care that your parents saved you money all this time. So this was the last straw for me. So if you want to deal with the termination of savings with the lady, then definitely NOT at this branch.
