★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Šílená zkušenost. Paní na pobočce byla neochotná, povýšená, bavila se s námi jak s odpadem, přitom jsem člověk z oboru. S nepořízenou jsme šli s klientem ke konkurenci.
Crazy experience. The lady at the branch was reluctant, haughty, she talked to us like waste, and I'm a person in the industry. We went to the competition with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely disrespected by the cashier. I started to say my rodne cislo instead of my ID as requested by her and she went rude, inpatient and unpolite, even though the bank was empty. Completely unnecessary to threat a customer like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here at least once a month to do my financial part of life. As foreighner, who not speak the Czech language,the employees are always in a friendly and helpfull shape. IT is only a pity that there is often and too frequent change of employees. Unfortunately often have to leave good employees the company in order of the HRM.
