★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem zde poprve a velmi me potesila mila obsluha a velky vyber kvalitnich holandskych a francouzskych syru. Na pockani mi pripravili darkovy balicek a doporucili, ktere vino se hodi k jednotlivym syrum. Samozrejmosti byla i ochutnavka jednotlivych syru. Za me palec nahoru! Vic takovych specializovanych obchudku s milou obsluhou. :-)
I was here for the first time and I was very pleased with the friendly staff and a large selection of quality Dutch and French cheeses. At the beginning, they prepared a dark package for me and recommended which wine fits the individual cheeses. Tasting of individual cheeses was a matter of course. Thumbs up for me! More such specialized shop with friendly service. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had a terrible experience at this place. Visiting Prague from the US, we were advised to buy these cheeses. We came to Palladium mall on September 8, 2018 late afternoon after a long walk around Prague and found the Ráj sýrů stand on level -2. We made our choice and waited for a while until the saleswoman would finish with the customers in front of us with whom she was chatting at the same time. After the people in front of us paid for their purchase and got the receipt, the saleswoman kept chatting with them while we with my elderly and very tired mother were standing and waiting. Finally, I told the saleswoman that we need some cheeses too. She became very angry that I interrupted her chat and began shaming me for that. Finally she said that it is her business and she decides what to do (to chat or to sell) and refused to sell us her cheeses, returning to the conversation with the previous customers. After that we left the mall though we planned to spend some money there for some other stuff too; the impression about the mall was ruined, and I know that we will never return to this particular one again.
