On Žítková, very decent food, operating rules, signs and warnings on every corner for me reduce the quality of the environment and hospitality. EDIT: I was curious about the owner's reaction and did not disappoint. He apologizes to him for being a foreigner, but it is astonishing that he enjoys our bureaucracy so much (I will not forgive Mirek Dušín). If I want to make fun of it, I would recommend considering each risk and adding a few signs; even while ensuring safe movement in the area, there are still blind spots, proper and safe dining is not solved, last but not least, and as a result, I recommend placing a few signs that prohibit taking photos and reviewing signs. Yes, one can experience a culture shock with the Czechoslovaks, no discipline like the Western neighbors, often no smile like the ones behind the big puddle, we don't even indulge in that personal space, but that's not how it worked here and it won't work for a while. I can imagine three groups of guests. Those who do not even notice the signs, others will not even read them, let alone respect them, and then those who are spoiled by the impression of the visited place. I wish the restaurant good luck.
