Chtěl jsem přesně tu samou, co se nám pokazila a proto jsem si baterii doma vyfotil a ještě dohledal fakturu na které byl uveden typ včetně kódového označení. Vše jsem v obchodě ukázal, kód který jsem diktoval prý nepotřebují a dohodli jsme se, že se pokusí i někoho sehnat, kdo by mi to namontoval. Odcházel jsem celkem spokojený, protože mi pán za pultem řekl, že by to mohlo být i do konce týden namontované (bylo úterý). Do konce týdne se nic nestalo a ani následující týden nic, tak jsem následující týden v pátek (10 dní od objednávky) na prodejnu zavolal a prý je složité někoho najít, kdo by to namontoval a že se ještě pokusí a v pondělí mi zavolá, jestli někoho sehnal, nebo ne a domluvili jsme se, že když nesežene, tak si pro baterii přijdu a pokusím se to namontovat sám. Fajn, pořád jsem byl spokojen. V pondělí se nikdo neozval a dokonce ani následujících 10 dní od telefonátu, tak jsem se na obchod zastavil a baterii tam již měli a vysvětlili mi, že instalatéři dělají před zimou topení a tak bohužel. Jasný chápu, pán byl vstřícný a ještě mi dal slevu 10%, že jsem s tím měl trable. Jenomže po důkladném zjištění doma jsem zjistil, že baterie není ta samá co máme, ale velmi podobná. Sice stejné značky, ale jiná modelová řada a tak jsem pátral, proč tak stejné dělají pod jinými modelovými řadami. Nakonec jsem byl nemile překvapen, protože baterii kterou mi prodali nebyla vyrobena v česku, tak jak jsem chtěl, ale v polsku. Nejhorší je, že i výrobce přiznává nižší kvalitu, když na českou dává 7 let záruky a na polskou raději jen 5 let záruky. Baterii jsem šel druhý den vrátit a přede mnou objednali již správný typ a slíbili, že zavolají, až dorazí, nebo pošlou SMS, ale že by to mělo být následující den. Nebylo. Další den se opět nikdo neozval, ale zkusil jsem to a ona již byla na prodejně a tak jsem si po 23 dnech konečně správnou baterii vyzvedl. Tentokrát jsem žádnou slevu nedostal, i když dle mého názoru bylo nyní problémů a mého rozhořčení daleko více. Toť moje zkušenost s tímto obchodem. I showed everything in the shop, the code I dictated do not need and we agreed to try to get someone to install it. I was leaving quite happy because the gentleman at the counter told me that it could be mounted by the end of the week (Tuesday). Nothing happened by the end of the week and nothing the following week, so I called the store the following week on Friday (10 days after order) and said it was difficult to find someone to install it and that they would try again and call me on Monday if He got someone or not, and we agreed that if he didn't get it, I would come for the battery and try to mount it myself. Okay, I was still happy. On Monday no one answered and not even 10 days after the call, so I stopped at the store and already had the battery there and explained that the plumbers are heating before the winter and so unfortunately. Sure I understand, the gentleman was helpful and gave me a 10% discount that I had trouble with it. But after a thorough investigation at home I found that the battery is not the same we have, but very similar. Although the same brand, but a different model line and so I wondered why they do the same under other model lines. Finally, I was unpleasantly surprised, because the battery they sold me was not made in the Czech Republic, as I wanted, but in Poland. The worst thing is that even the manufacturer admits lower quality, giving the Czech 7 years warranty and the Polish rather 5 years warranty. I went to return the battery the next day and ordered the right type in front of me and promised to call when they arrive or send an SMS, but it should be the next day. It wasn't. The next day, no one came back, but I tried and she was already in the store, so after 23 days I finally picked up the right battery. This time I did not get any discount, although in my opinion there were now more problems and my outrage. That's my experience with this business.
