About Rautis, Inc.
Poniklá je jediným místem na světě, kde se dodnes zachovalo tradiční perlařské řemeslo. První dílny na foukané perličky zde vznikaly už na konci 19. století a „perlařinou“ se často živily celé rodiny. Způsob foukání perliček a výroby ozdob se od svého počátku příliš nezměnil. V naší firmě si můžete rohlédnout celý výrobní proces – foukání ze skleněných trubic, stříbření, barvení a řezání perlí, na něž navazuje montáž ozdob. Vše je ruční práce, během exkurze zjistíte, že každá perlička projde minimálně šesti rukama, než se dostane na ozdobu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excursion in manufactury. You should definitely come. In shop you are in 21st century. Once you start excusion. You are back in 19th one. Nothing much has changed. It was wery inspiring to see it. How hard is living here outside of all mountains ski centers..... Go and see for yourself....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely worth a visit. Interesting to learn about the history and to see it preserved to 21st century. It's also interesting to see how beautiful objects can be made in unhealthy dirty conditions for the workers. That's what real handmade really means.
