★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrůza. V 7hod. nahlášen problém, který paní dále nepředala. Po poledni další telefonát od nás a ten byl konečně nahlášen technikům. Ti se ozvali, ale řekli nám, že v mrazu nám kanalizaci nevyčistí. Nakonec to udělala jiná firma bez problémů.
Terror. At 7 o'clock a problem was reported which the lady did not pass on. After noon another phone call from us and it was finally reported to the technicians. They called, but told us that they would not clean our sewer in the cold. In the end, another company did it without any problems.
