T	Tomáš Leder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jen stručná fakta: Objednal jsem 12.8.2021 lavičku, u které bylo uvedeno: Dostupnost centrální sklad: obvykle 2 - 3 týdny. Dne 16.8.2021 byla objednávka potvrzena. Dovolat se je obvykle velmi obtížné. Pokud se člověk dovolá, což se mi povedlo asi 3x, dozví se že pracují na vybalení dodávky a ca. do hodiny zavolají a informují, jestli lavička došla. Nezavolají. Naposledy jsem se dozvěděl v pátek (více jak 3 týdny po objednání), že je problém s dřevem, vůbec neví co a kdy dostanou od dodavatele a že se v pondělí ozvou a nabídnou nějakou alternativu. The last time I learned on Friday (more than 3 weeks after ordering) was that there was a problem with the wood, he didn't know what and when they would get it from the supplier and that they would contact and offer an alternative on Monday. They didn't answer.
A	Al Zheimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAPROSTO NEDOPORUČUJI! Tu jednu hvězdu jsem musel dát, protože peníze za storno objednávky vrátili opravdu bleskově. Příšerná komunikace - na webu píší, že výrobek je skladem, potvrzení objednávky sami v uvedené lhůtě nepošlou, takže jsem si je musel vyžádat. Po obdržení potvrzení jsem řádně zaplatil a nestalo se opět nic. Dovolat se do firmy je obtížné, když se to povede, neochotný hlas vás odkáže na dotazy mailem. Nakonec se uvolí, že se týž den ozvou. Po uplynutí dvou dnů jsem volal znovu, opět neochotný hlas odkazující na maily a že vykládají kamion. Totální nezájem o zákazníka. Umím pochopit, zvlášť v dnešní době, že může být dostupnost zboží složitější, ale tím spíš by měli zákazníkovi napsat alespoň to, že platbu obdrželi, ale zboží momentálně není a že budou dále informovat. Nic takového tahle firma nedělá. Nakonec jsem se rozhodl objednávku zrušit a požádat o vrácení peněz, což proběhlo velmi rychle. Pavel Beran I JUST DO NOT RECOMMEND! After receiving the confirmation, I paid properly and nothing happened again. It is difficult to call the company, if you succeed, a reluctant voice will direct you to questions by e-mail. Eventually, they release themselves to call the same day. After two days, I called again, again a reluctant voice referring to the mails and that they were unloading the truck. Total lack of interest in the customer. I can understand, especially nowadays, that the availability of goods can be more complicated, but all the more so they should write to the customer at least that they have received payment, but the goods are not at the moment and that they will inform further. This company doesn't do anything like that. In the end, I decided to cancel the order and request a refund, which was very quick. Pavel Beran
V	Vladislav Βαγγελης Tomášek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U tohoto obchodu jsem 5/11/2021 objednal krbová kamna, která byla "skladem", po automatickém potvrzení objednávky jsem marně čekal na zaslání platebních údajů, ty jsem si nakonec vyžádal sám a platbu odeslal, na dotaz kdy by mohla být kamna cca dodána - odpověď žádná. Po dalších dvou emailech jsem se nakonec dozvěděl termín "začátek týdne od 15/11 " - dnes je pátek 19/11 - a nic.... nepřišla odpověď ani na jeden ze tří emailů ... telefony neberou. První zkušenost s tímto obchodem je opravdu tragická. Jen doufejme, že se vše vyřeší, buďto dodáním kamen, nebo vrácením peněz.... a pak už o kamnakrby-eshop.cz nechci ani slyšet... Důrazně všechny před tímto neseriózním prodejcem varuji a rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI!!!!! I ordered a fireplace stove at this store, which was "in stock", after the automatic confirmation of the order I waited in vain for the payment details to be sent, I finally requested them myself and sent the payment, when asked when the stove could be delivered - no answer. After two more emails, I finally learned the term "start of the week from 15/11" - today is Friday 19/11 - and nothing ... there was no answer to any of the three emails ... the phones do not answer. The first experience with this business is really tragic. Let's just hope that everything is resolved, either by delivering the stove or by returning the money .... and then I don't even want to hear about kamnakrby-eshop.cz ... I strongly warn everyone against this unserious seller and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!
