★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato firma je verbeš online jsem nakoupil zaplatil převodem a přes dva měsíce jen žvásty že dodavatel nemá skladem tak jsem zrušil objednávku a chtěl jsem peníze za objednávku zpět na účet zase jen žvásty jednatel tu neni předám našemu účetnímu a dodneška nemám peníze zpět na účtu.Od téhle spodiny co nejdál.
This company is verbeš online I bought paid by transfer and over two months just chewing that the supplier does not stock so I canceled the order and I wanted the money for the order back to the account again only manager is not handed over to our accountant and today I have no money back to the account.From as far as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatné zkušenosti po reklamaci zboží. Už to budou 2 měsíce a nemám zpět zboží a peníze taky ne. Komunikace obchodu je mizerná spíš žádná. Jelikož jste nedodržely reklamační podmínky, žádám zpět své peníze. Případně se obrátím na ČOI. Nejde o málo peněz a dělat blbce ze mě už nebudete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osobní zkušenost: Poslali mi starou LiPol baterii, která jim ležela dlouho na skladě. Baterii jsem 2x použil v RC helikoptéře. Již po druhém nabití byla baterie nezvykle nafouklá. Zasláno po 14 dnech na reklamační adresu uvedenou na webových stránkách. Na této 3 týdny nevyzvednuto, byl jsem informován, že mám zaslat na adresu jinou. Poté reklamace neuznána, cituji: „nesprávné skladování“. Tento eshop již nedoporučuji a dle recenzí nejsem jediný. Jsem zklamán přístupem obchodu.
