Musím zde rovněž zmínit naprostou právní znalost celé problematiky převodu bytu. Vždy jsem byla pečlivě informována o tom, v jaké fázi převodu se nacházíme, a co přesně bude dále následovat. Celá transakce díky Ing. Novotné proběhla rychle, hladce a v klidu pro všechny účastníky. Moc paní Ing. Novotné děkuji za báječnou spolupráci.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spolupracoval jsem s paní makléřkou Sedláčkovou při koupi bytu, musím ocenit zejména rychlé odpovědi na emaily, vstřícnost a ochotu při domluvě. Rovněž paní makléřka dodržela ústní domluvu, kterou jsme si v počátku spolupráce stanovili, to se dnes běžně nevidí. Díky tomu dávám i přes drobné zádrhely plný počet hvězdiček.
I cooperated with the broker Sedláčková when buying an apartment, I must especially appreciate the quick answers to emails, helpfulness and willingness to agree. The broker also complied with the oral agreement, which we set at the beginning of the cooperation, which is not commonly seen today. Thanks to that, I give the full number of stars despite small snags.
